Helper rule deleteBoundOfSrc
This helper rule creates an additional rule that deletes the helper
Bound-Nodes.
After creating the instance model the helper Nodes with name Bound have to be
deleted. This is done by the rule deleteBoundOf_classname,
that is created here. Nac0 ensures that such a rule is created
only once.
